What happens if my business doesn’t have Motor Insurance?

If your business chooses to go without commercial motor insurance while operating in Bermuda, it leaves itself liable for any legal recourse in the event of an accident. As well, without motor insurance, your business would also be liable for any damages done to its own vehicles, third party property, and all potential legal costs. We highly recommend that every business have commercial motor insurance.
