You can either continue contributing to your pension plan, or you can cease your contributions and start receiving your pension income.

By law, every employee and related non-working spouse in Bermuda must have a minimum health insurance package offered by their Employer.

If an employee becomes sick or injured, Disability Insurance replaces a percentage of their gross monthly income.

Companies that are domiciled in Bermuda, employees, their spouses, dependent children, and partners may apply for group health insurance coverage.

The minimum contribution is 5% each from the employee and the employer. You may make voluntary contributions too, but these are not matched by your employer.
