
Pension Services Provided
to our Clients
BF&M Life provides the
following services to ensure the smooth administration of your Plan:
i) Assists in the
development of the Pension Plan design.
ii) Provides an individually designed Plan document incorporating the rules
of the Plan for the Employer.
iii) Assists with the necessary explanations to the staff about the Pension
Plan and assist with the enrollment of the members into the Plan.
iv) Provides, at least annually, staff meetings to review the Plan and
it investment options.
v) Assists in registering the Plan with the appropriate Government departments.
vi) Drafts and prints the Employee booklets which will explain the provisions
of the Plan and its investment options.
vii) Provides comprehensive quarterly Employee Pension statements showing
the opening balance of the Pension Funds, all credits to and payments from the
Funds and the value of the Funds at each calendar quarter end.
viii) Maintains all records necessary for the operation of the Plan.
ix) Assists the employees at retirement or prior to retirement to select the
appropriate Retirement Option for their retirement.
x) Provides management of the Investments Funds via the appointment of the
appropriate investment management expertise for our Plans.
