A Business Administration graduate of Acadia University, Henry obtained his Master of Art Degree in Management and Human Resources from Webster University. He is an Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Since beginning his career at BF&M as an assistant underwriter, Henry has gained vast experience by working in the international reinsurance sector.
